  This Cleopatra'a style choker necklace is handmade from natural Baltic amber.

  Each and every amber of this necklace was carefully hand grinded, therefore ambers lay beautifully next to one another. Narrow rectangular shaped amber sticks separate large pentagons from one another. Those looping fragments lay a clean cut edge for top necklace and decorative saw cut design for bottom line.

 Flat ambers and are strung on two parallel strings so they are resting comfortably on chest and are always in proper angle to maintain a perfect shape of necklace.

 This necklace has a great variety of amber colours, including rare, therefore high value, white and green ambers.  

 White amber is also called Royal or boneamber. One of white amber features is that very often it blends with other colour ambers, making beautiful contrasts and unique patters which you can see in this necklace too.

 Green amber is also called sugar amber because of it's sugary looking crystal texture. Amber got it's unique texture and colour after resin dropped on plants and reacted with chlorophyll.  Often running resin would capture organic impurities so today we see and admire different shape, texture and colour bits frozen in forever motion.
